We are seeking YOU - a TEAM ASSISTANT (all genders) - who is passionate about proactively supporting our great team and being part of the development of various projects within our company.

 

What you’ll do

  • Proactive and independent support of the team & management in the operative day-to-day business (travel management, order management, etc.).

  • Coordination, planning and follow-up of appointments, meetings, and workshops.

  • Support in the preparation of reports and presentations.

  • Organizing (team) events and taking over cross-departmental organizational tasks.

UX/UI Designer (all genders)

We are seeking YOU - a UX/UI Designer (all genders) - who is passionate about developing a high-class user interface design for our customer in close cooperation with all cross functional teams.

 

What you’ll do

  • Shaping the product strategy together with our product owners and drive its implementation.

  • Being close to the business and supporting from design and ideation phases till going live.

  • Designing complex user flows and customer journeys.

  • Driving the iterative design process of product features from end-to-end.

  • Identifying action fields, suggesting measures, and ensuring UX driven interface improvements.

 

Who you are?

  • You are enthusiastic about what you do by using common design and prototyping programs such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, Axure, Framer, Flare, Principle, etc

  • You do have an expert knowhow on digital content (online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG)

  • Communication with teams and stakeholders is essential for your success and drives you forward

  • You are excited to break new ground by generating creative ideas and bringing them into action in a fast-changing environment

  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
